Terms and Conditions 

1. Registration and Fees 

• Registration for sessions is on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Fees are non-refundable except in cases of club cancellation by SportXplore Ltd, refunds will not be given if a session is cancelled by the host school. 

2. Attendance and Punctuality 

• Children are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. If your child is unable to attend, please notify the SportXplore Ltd in advance. 

• Parents/guardians must ensure that children are picked up promptly at the end of the club session.

3. Behaviour and Conduct 

• Children are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other participants at all times. 

• Inappropriate behavior may result in your child being asked to leave the club without a refund, following one warning.

4. Health and Safety 

• Parents/guardians must provide any relevant medical information regarding their child, including allergies and medications, during registration. 

• If your child requires medication during club hours, please ensure it is clearly labelled and provided to the club supervisor.

5. Cancellations and Changes 

• SportXplore Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change the schedule of any club due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, parents will be informed as soon as possible, and refunds will be issued if applicable.

6. Liability 

• SportXplore Ltdl will not be held liable for any injuries sustained during club activities unless caused by negligence on the part of the coaching staff. 

• Personal items brought to the club are the responsibility of the child. SportXplore Ltd accepts no liability for lost or damaged items. 

7. Parental Consent 

• By registering your child for a session, you give consent for your child to participate in all activities related to the club. 

• Parents/guardians must ensure that emergency contact details are up-to-date and provide consent for first aid to be administered if required.

8. Photography and Media 

• From time to time, photos or videos may be taken during club activities for promotional purposes. Please check you have answered “No” while registering if you do not wish your child to be included.

9. Data Protection 

• Personal data collected during registration will only be used for administrative purposes related to the relevant session and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
